Please be advised that Jaguar Land Rover is currently experiencing system issues following a recent cyber incident. This may lead to delays in parts ordering and repair bookings.
• If your vehicle is driveable, our repair network will be in touch but may delay booking your vehicle in until all necessary parts are available. This helps avoid unnecessary delays and ensures your repair can be completed efficiently once all parts are available.
• If your vehicle is undriveable, our repairers may assess whether a temporary repair is appropriate to keep you mobile and prioritise parts where possible. They will keep you informed throughout the process.
We're hopeful this will be a short-term disruption and are working closely with Jaguar Land Rover and our repair network to minimise any impact on your claim.
